Ayurveda – the ‘knowledge of life’ – is a traditional Indian art of healing that is over 5,000 years old and helps to keep body, mind and soul in balance. As a holistic method, it is based on a complete natural system that depends on the diagnosis of the three doshas (vital energies) – Vata, Pitta and Kapha – in order to achieve the right balance.
